Mo is out of my mom's favorite mare, Vuarnet and was sired by our farm stallion Sonset's Sieger. Vuarnet won a saddle, as high point hunter back in the mid 90's. She was sired by an international jumper stallion....Le Juste Valour and of course Seiger is by "Abdullah". Mo was bred to jump and boy can he jump. He is not really big, which is surprising, because his dam and sire are a good size, but he is a jumping machine. I don't care that he isn't really big, because I told my mom, that sometimes the best things come in little packages. My mom teased after he was born and particularly after we free jumped him that we would have to make "mo money" somewhere else, because we were going to make "no money" on him, because he was staying at Carousel Farm. The joke stuck. Mo Money became Mo's name. I told mom that he is going to win "Mo Money" than we could ever imagine, when he starts competing in the jumpers. Mo is ordinary looking, when he is standing in his stall, but I think he is going to be extraordinary, when we he starts moving and jumping under saddle.
